Monitor your wellbeing with guidelines provided, in conjunction with a brisk, daily walk. Use this program to exercise several times a week. This will ensure you remain fit and well, perhaps able to turn back the clock.
Jane Simons, a qualified physiotherapist and mother of two, has run the fitseniors exercise program in private practice for over 25 years.
Fitseniors is a 3 part program providing:
  • A 45 minute exercise session
  • Back pain prevention techniques – abdominal control with functional core stability
  • Rescue Remedies to relieve back pain
  • Run time approx 60 minutes.
